The apartment is located on the second floor of a new stylish house, without a balcony. It is only 50 m from the sea. The location is ideal for swimming or walking on the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bathroom and bedroom, but you will also find everything you need in the smaller kitchenette. It is perfect for time spent as a couple. To make sure you don't have to worry about late arrivals, the apartment has refreshing water in the fridge, coffee capsules for the first morning, and a disposable shower gel in the bathroom.

St Cozy, warm, and beautifully decorated, suitable for young and children, mom and dads, grandparents. It is ideally connected to nearby Novalja, Zrč - bus and Zadar - bus. The beach has a few (a dozen), they are wooded and ideal for a vacation. Nearby is a water park on the beach, a children's park, and long promenades. The neighborhood offers restaurants, cafes, shopping outlets. Amenities are five minutes away

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

"Sun"B 4+2,next to Zrce beach

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This apartment is located less than 10 minutes to famous Zrce beach and 20 minutes walk to centar of Novalja. Within short walking distance are beautiful beaches, restaurants and night clubs. Public transport is available and cheap, and bus station is less than 10 min away. The apartment is extremly comfortable with lot of sunlight and with great view. Dining on terrace gives you calm and relaxing moments. You will love this place.

🧘🏽 NO PARTY VACATION (if you are coming to party, please go for another accommodation) 🙂 🏡 👉🏽 2 persons 🤩 Your single room including a bathroom and a balcony is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a unique Mediterranean charme. The house is surrounded by nature and you’ll have a beautiful olive tree in the courtyard right by your entrance door where you can hang out and enjoy the peace.

Luxury Appartment 1. Villa Eleonora by the beach

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
