I fell in love with this place! It was part vacation, part working remotely - and the place was great! Private, still right in the very center of the town, at the corner of a pedestrian street, around the corner from groceries, shopping, walking distance to a park on the hill and a fortress. The host (Milena) treated me as her favorite cousin! - met me at the doorstep for my early morning arrival, walked around the place, provided me with all useful information, later helped me to find a rental car, local services, came to see me off the morning of my departure! Not only the place is equipped with all appliances, extra linens and towels, there were fresh fruit, tea and coffee, and even some cookies! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a place in Niksic

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. The dryer makes all the difference! The owner is super! In my opinion the best apartment in town!

great host, we had at one day some problems with ants. But Sara cleaned the apartment while we were gone during the day, so the ant problem was quickly solved :)

Очень понравилось. Тихий район. 5 минут пешком до центральной улицы, рядом магазины и пекарни. Заселились очень быстро, удобные инструкции. В квартире есть все необходимое, удобная кровать. Апартаменты небольшие, но уютные. Мы отлично провели время.

Alloggio ottimo, la signora è stata molto gentile mi ha fatto mettere la moto al coperto che pioveva e mi ha offerto anche il caffè.

The Penthouse is very cozy and feels like a proper home. Amazing views. Roger was very accommodating about late check-out and in general really responsive. Location is about 15 min walk from Crno Jezero.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Apartment und würden es immer wieder Buchen. Milena hat auf unsere spontane und späte Anfrage sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, geräumig und hat eine top Lage für Ausflüge in den Nationalpark. Ps. Das Bett ist super bequem 👌🏻😍

The flat is very good. Location is near the park/forest and also near the restaurants, shops, pharmacies and near the city center. First of all, the place was super clean, bed linens were very clean, smelled good, looked fresh and new, same as towels. Nemanja was very helpful with everything I needed. Note: there is no radiator, just air conditioning, but if you turn it on max, it’s very warm. Definitely worth the price.

Le logement de Slobadan est très bien situé.Au calme et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville avec resto et magasin . Slobadan vous accueille très chaleureusement et est aux petits soins pour vous .

What a great and welcoming place to stay. We had a stop over here for 2 nights. The place is so peaceful and the cats and kitten were a big hit for our children. There is a beautiful small vineyard and fruit trees and it’s a 20mins drive away from the river where you can swim (very welcoming on hot days). The monastery of Ostrog is also very close, about 10-15mins drive. The house is clean and cool. The hosts are so welcoming. We enjoyed their home made jams, breakfast, snapps, and the fruits from their trees. A truly fantastic experience!

Un alojamiento que cumplía con creces las expectativas. En una zona maravillosa del país que esta a 5 minutos en coche del parque mas precioso de Montenegro. El alojamiento estaba impecable.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft, dafür ist es sehr sehr geräumig. Nur die Küche könnte mit 4-5 Personen zu eng sein. Man kann aber auch gut außerhalb essen. (Restaurant oder ein Barbecue im Garten!) Alles entsprach der Beschreibung bzw. den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, und vor allem der Außenbereich und die Aussicht sind positiv zu erwähnen. Trinkt euren Morgenkaffee im Pavillon mit Aussicht auf die Berge! Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen mit ca. 12 min. bergiger Fußweg dorthin.

We had an amazing stay at this newly built well-maintained apartment in Durmitor. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—if not even better! The host was incredibly attentive, resolving any issues we had promptly and was always available when we needed assistance. Though we were two friends, this place would be perfect for a family with kids or two to three couples. The kitchen was lovely, the wooden floors gave the home a warm and cozy feel, and the rooms were all heated with breathtaking views from the windows. There’s plenty of parking available (though there’s no paved pathway yet, so it can get a bit muddy in the rain, but we simply took off our shoes at the entrance). There’s another apartment on the lower floor, but we didn’t notice any noise at all. First, you must register in the Tourist Office and pay daily tax. The host doesn't not inform of this on the listing, house rules or in person. I was delayed doing so. The apartment was nice, clean and looked like the photos. I believe the shower was recently replaced, so there's no longer a little tub. The apartment has most kitchen items for an extended stay - pots, cutlery, dishes, microwave etc. There are basic tv channels and wifi available. Beka provided local information and recommendations about store opening time. The town center is about a 5 or 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is cute and mostly quiet, except for a few hours each day there are children playing, yelling and driving motorized cars in front of the apartment. I did notice a lack of cleaning supplies, such as a broom, dustpan and extra trash bags which would have helped keep clean during an extended sta with pets.. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Wir hatten ein so wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Vladimir und seiner Familie. Alle gaben sich so große Mühe, dass wir uns wie zuhause im Urlaub fühlten. Die Aussicht und Umgebung ist wunderschön. Auch die Wohnung und der Whirlpool waren ganz besonders. Wir bekamen jeden privaten Freiraum, konnten uns aber auch so toll mit Vladimir unterhalten. Er gab uns viele Tipps, erzählte uns von Land und Leuten und lud uns ein, seine leckeren Produkte zu probieren. Jetzt nehmen wir nicht nur seine Geschenke mit nachhause, sondern einen unvergesslichen Ort, den wir unbedingt wieder besuchen möchten.

Jelena’s was exactly as described on photos. Apartment is super cozy and had everything we needed and more. Jelena was great to communicate with and made check in and out easy. Apartment is in residential area surrounded by trees and a river near by, which made it feel like home for few days. There is a market on the ground level of the building. Downtown was a short cab ride, less than 10min (2euro) or a 25min walk. All in all it was a great value for the money and would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for homely atmosphere ❤️

Мы опаздывали, но нам дали четкие инструкции. Очень доброжелательное и отзывчивое отношение со стороны хозяев. Камин был протоплен и в номере было тепло. Не совсем понятна ситуация с завтраками, на фото написано, что завтрак включен, но его не было, в номере лежит меню, но как заказать из него что-либо мы не разобрались. В ванной очень холодно, особенно пол. В целом нам все очень понравилось, хорошее расположение - рядом ресторанчики и центральная улица, а у самого дома тихо и спокойно, очень уютно, отличные хозяева. Очень чисто. Уютное романтичное место для двоих.
