The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Free parking is always available in front of the house. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the sea and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old town of Kotor. A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, and the hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk from the house. The location is easy to find if you're driving. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.

This is equipped for a stay of maximum 4 people and offers one king sized bed (which can be easily divided into two single beds) and a sofa bed. Kotor the Old Town can be reached in 5 km. Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay The owners are very friendly and helpful. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
