New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. De Roos, a green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The studio "De Roos" is fully and tastefully decorated and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. Two bicycles are available for guests. (City centre: 20 minutes by bike.) Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large, green garden with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a cockerel, sheep and a friendly dog (stable).

Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
