We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Da mache ich nicht mehr mit! Als die jungen wilden Start-ups aus dem Silicon Valley anfingen, da war dies mit großen Hoffnungen verbunden. Jetzt stellt sich heraus daß diese Unternehmen ein gesellschaftlicher Alptraum sind, den wir alle wirklich bekämpfen sollten .....

The farmhouse from the early 19th century in Kollnburg, which was renovated in 2020, impresses with its unique view of the Bavarian Forest and the Arber. On approx. 260 sqm of living space, the house offers a total of 5 double bedrooms with bathroom and a spacious, open living and dining area with fireplace and attached kitchen. The farmhouse is located on a plot of approx. 10,000 sqm and is adjacent to a year-round farm towards the road.

You can expect an entire house with 120m², with in-house sauna, rain shower, breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys in the Bavarian forest. Stylish and southern furnishings, with lovely details you will find your retreat on your in-house terrace or in the stylish reading nook with infrared heat lamp. In the area you can expect breathtaking hikes, bike rides and amusement parks for all ages.

Room Erna am Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet space. Enjoy the unique view of the Bavarian forest and the Gäuboden at an altitude of 800 m. You can head out for beautiful hikes right from the property. Especially recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) as well as the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
