We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. In about 10 minutes walk through the beautiful beech forest you can reach the beach. The town center can also be reached quickly and easily. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the most beautiful days of the year. Thanks to Wi-Fi, you can stay in touch with your loved ones or plan your excursions in the picturesque surroundings.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Haus Ilsenburg

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Das große Bad ist mit einer Badewanne, einer Dusche und einer Sauna ausgestattet.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow. All shops, cafes, restaurants, the new pier and the beach (about 600 m) are within walking distance. The combined living & kitchen area invites you to linger with a view of the countryside. Parking is available right at the property. The Usedom bike hiking trail is a minute away and is complemented by the nature reserve around the Streckelsberg!

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
