The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

In the immediate vicinity are many shops (EDEKA, Rossmann, Einkaufsstrasse Seestrasse) and restaurants. The apartment is very centrally located in Ahlbeck. The kitchen has all the usual utensils (except oven and dishwasher).
