The house is located on the best and famous beach of Chios,Komi beach which is one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the island.Just on the crystal and sandy captivating sea of Komi Beach, we offer a unique combination of calm and peaceful relaxation away from the city noise, autonomous and entertaining. In a small distance away there are restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Greek and traditional cuisine.For relaxation by the beach you will find sun beds and umbrellas.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση όλες οι εξαιρετικές παρθένες παραλίες της δυτικής Χίου, τα πέτρινα παραδοσιακά καστροχωρια Μαστιχοχώρια της Χίου. The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
