Nestled in the serene residential neighborhood of Krizni Rat, the property is surrounded by charming private homes, lush gardens, Mediterranean maquis, and a tranquil pine forest along the coastline. Ideal for a romantic getaway for two or a comfortable retreat for a small family with one child.

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
