Our stay was great! The house was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos and everything was spotless. The location was very central and the host was very hospitable. Everything we needed was considered, we had a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Definitely a place we would want to stay again. I would recommend it to anyone.

Extraordinary designer apartment. You feel right at home. Walking 5 min to the sea. Gülcan is extremely accommodating and her son lives right above it if you need anything. The 2 sofa is also very cozy and can be enlarged. Nice garden with a barbecue. Super nice bathroom. And also enough space to work. We'll be back next time. Note. Only a very small double bed and a sofa bed are available temporarily. If you absolutely need a large double bed, ask if it is already available.

Great location next to the waterfront, ideal for walks along the promenade. The host is super responsive, the place is very spacious and well equipped. Nice small touches from the host made us feel at home.

My girlfriend and I came from abroad and made a quick decision at the last minute and rented Ms. Sabiha's house. Glad we did! It was a vacation that exceeded our expectations. The house is really clean, comfortable and nicer than the photos. The location is great; very close to the sea, but also within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Thanks to its garden and large patio, it was nice to be able to sit outside. It was a pleasure for us to invite our friends from Izmir one night and have a barbecue and chat for a long time. It was also a great comfort to have two bathrooms. Although the internet was my biggest concern, it was fast enough, I was able to upload it for work without any problems. There are thoughtful details in every corner of the house, it was really attentive. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the house and the fact that everything was new made it a very comfortable experience. Thanks to Ms. Sabiha's warm and caring approach, we felt like we were at home. We will definitely come here next time we come to Urla without looking anywhere else!

The house is very clean as in the photos and at the same time, there is enough material in the kitchen to spend a few days such as detergent, salt, oil and coffee. She even left fresh and very nice cookies for our check-in day. Ms. Melek is very understanding and very quick. Depending on the situation, there is also flexibility in check-in and checkout. Unfortunately, we got sick during our vacation, he called after hearing this, he even came to check if we were okay. She's definitely a very thin and thoughtful person.

We stayed in the house for 2 nights, everything to meet the needs of the person has been considered. A house that can be accommodated for a long time. Peaceful, quiet, calm. 3 couples can easily stay. Only the bed in one of the rooms was for 1 and a half people, not a double. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. None of our messages went unanswered. The location is extremely central, you are within walking distance of everything. If you don't want to go out, you can also relax directly on the balcony or terrace of the house. If we come back to Urla, we would like to stay here again.
