We did not have any problems with transportation to the house, there was no negativity about the house with the host's phone and written instructions. We used the own pool of the house and the pool of the compound. Everything in the house met all our needs. Great place with a homey interior. Cozy neighborhood of the city. Comfortable kitchen. Quick interaction with host. Detailed concise clarification on how to get in. Recommended. For those who like a quiet holiday from the road

A really cute airbnb not too far from the centre. It looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for visiting the centre of izmir. Utku was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in instructions were really clear and accurate. There is a bakery and supermarket a 2/3 minute walk from the airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the host and property to anyone visiting izmir centre.

The apartment is located 20 mins away (walking) of the new city's center and 25 mins from the old city center. You also are very close to a nice park. We felt very comfortable at the apartment and Demet was a very quick and friendly communicator, and even found a free parking spot for us.

The house was spotless and very tidy as in the photos. Located in a calm and easy-to-reach location. The host was communicative, caring, and welcoming. Everything we needed was available at home, we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind

Mustafa is a great host. Always available, recommended us nice places in Izmir and even drove us to a supermarket upon arrival. The apartment is very small but clean and has everything you need. Authentic places to eat/bakeries very close by and tourist attractions are also within walking distance. Overall a great experience!

Loved the stay, older neighbourhood within walking distance to the city centre. Our host Mustafa was wonderful, very responsive from the beginning. We had issues getting our car out of the airport and checked in super late into the evening, but he was there to help with a smile on his face. He check in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend.

Erhan is one of the most genuine and hospitable host I had in Airbnb. He is very responsive and always check in on us. He recommended delicious local Turkish food and even offered a Birds Eye view of the city with him in his balcony with coffee and snacks. The house is true to picture and has everything you need for a short stay.

Everything was perfect! We can recommend Mesut 100%. He takes great care. It is as described in the pictures. The washing machine and dishwasher are working. We didn't try the dryer, because there are clotheslines on the roof. The views from the roof terrace are fantastic. There were five of us inside the house. There was enough towels and slippers for everyone. The dishes are scarce if you want to take care of yourself. The kitchen knives were all very good. There were only four chairs in the kitchen. I am sure if you need more and let you know someone will come 10 min. later and bring the desired.

Our stay was great. The host was easily accessible and check-in & check-out were straightforward. We had accidentally done a thing and it was quickly resolved and we were able to correct the damage. We got some recommendations for Izmir and there was coffee and tea available. We only had a mess with the address and the transfer, but that was quickly resolved. Thank you for a great stay. Our stay was great. We were planning on a relaxing weekend and this apartment was great for hanging out. The location was very nice and only a 20min walk in the sun from the city center. Would definitely book again
