Very beautifully peaceful house with many many spaces for various activities. Perfect for families or friends outing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Ning was an absolute star from initial booking. So helpful and just a lovely person all round. Upon arrival, Fred was super helpful and couldn’t do enough for me! He also helped by advising really good bars down in Old Town. The place is so relaxing and good to unwind. I have seen past reviews of people complaining about road noise and location. The booking clearly states the location is 20-30 minutes out of the main city and taxis are completely affordable. The road noise is not loud at all, and even if it was what do people expect, Chiang Mai is a busy city so roads are always busy in the centre and even the outskirts. These types of reviews do not reflect this place so please look past it! Overall it was a great stay with the most lovely hosts you could have! I would not hesitate to return back here😊

Beautiful place , surrounded by mountains. The bed was comfy, the view was amazing. Loved the bamboo taps, and appreciated the food- vegetarian on request- and the helpful directions when we got lost. Highly recommend! Thankyou so much

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb's I've ever been to. Super great house, very cute cat, very nice hosts who gave many tips. The light in the house is beautiful. A scooter is definitely necessary in the area. Approx. 40 min by scooter from Chiang Mai. Would definitely definitely definitely definitely definitely definitely come back.

Beautiful place. Nice weather. Quiet. Spacious house with lots of activities to play. There is a river running behind the house. There is a gas kitchen inside the house and a charcoal grill in the front lawn. 🏕️ Ideal for visiting with family or group of friends. Set up a pork pan bbq to toast camp.😋 The host was very responsive to any questions. If you have the chance to come back again🙏😄.

lovely peaceful place. I had trouble finding it at first, but Khun Tana's warm welcome and care made up for the difficulty. I had a very enjoyable, peaceful time here. Delicious coffee within walking distance at BaanLuck.
