The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).
