After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. With our 3 apartments, each with their own entrance, individual couples or small group families / friends have maximum privacy. The estate is located in Zwerbach, perfectly between Salzburg, Vienna, Melk and the Ötscher

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

There are a few bee colonies on the property of my beekeeping K(r)asser organic honey, which also makes it possible to watch the work!
