Kotsaris' house by the sea

This cozy house is perfectly located next to the sea front, where you can enjoy a swim at the clear water and the astonishing colours of the sunrise. Located also next to a big street which follows easy access to public transport but also some noise at the same time. Just 6 km from the historical center of Corfu town, 1 minute walk from the bus stop and local shops and only minutes away from restaurants and bars. At the same compound they live few other quiet neighbours and three friendly dogs.

The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached house which includes a living room with fire place and mini bar,a kitchen full equipped,a bathroom and a big bedroom with a jacuzzi inside.Ideal for couples!!!!!! There is also a big balcony with a fantastic view of Corfu town and the suburbs. The distance from Corfu town is about 2 km ,from the port 3 km and 2 km from the airport. Modern, spacious stone and wood construction with a private pool 8m x 4m. Light and airy double height ceilings in a natural pallet and sumptuous furnishings. Situated at the top of a little hill and has a lovely view of the greenery of Corfu. The gardens are highly fenced for privacy and safety for the children and lead down to an olive grove. The narrow pathway leads on. It divides, widens and continues on to an impressive A-frame at the edge of the estate. Everything is more spacious. The loft bedroom, the kitchen, the shower bathroom and the living room area. The wood burning stove is the “icing on the cake” for a winter stay. The outdoor setting in the remote woods will enchant you! Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
