The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

The oak house in Ano Korakiana

A small pathway leads you to this quiet, secluded and unique a-frame in the woods that overlooks the stables. It has a loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Located also next to a big street which follows easy access to public transport but also some noise at the same time. The big garden with its tall trees offers natural shade where you can chill out and relax. By car it is only 10 minutes away from Corfu Town and less than 15 minutes from the Airport.

The house is located on a hill in a central traditional village name 'Evropouloi' just 10min drive from the Corfu town and the airport and 15min from the most famous beaches.It has an amazing view of beautiful landscapes and the Ionian Sea.In walking distance it dominates the well-known museum of Ioannis Kapodistrias just 500m by walk.It is a suitable destination for those who want to relax and feel the nature.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
