Kotsaris' house by the sea

This cozy house is perfectly located next to the sea front, where you can enjoy a swim at the clear water and the astonishing colours of the sunrise. Located also next to a big street which follows easy access to public transport but also some noise at the same time. Just 6 km from the historical center of Corfu town, 1 minute walk from the bus stop and local shops and only minutes away from restaurants and bars. At the same compound they live few other quiet neighbours and three friendly dogs.

A first floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood . It is located very close to the Marina of Gouvion. At 200 meters is the bus stop for the center of the city and for the northern areas of the island. At 5 minutes by foot there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop, bakery and restaurants.The beach of Sotiriotissa is a 5-minute walk away, ideal for a refreshing dip. But the organized beach of Kontokali bay is just a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is very central to explore the old town of Corfu and all the island. The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. New for 2021 spacious modern apartment/studios on the beach front. Plenty of room for an extra bed or two for small family members. Spacious balconies looking out at the bay and the beach. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
