The property is located in the center of Gunam-ro Street, the hottest place in Haeundae, and you can walk to the sea in a minute in a swimsuit. It is a 3-minute walk to Haeridan-gil, the street of young people, and a 2-minute walk from Haeundae Station. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor of the property, a shopping center right next door, and a large supermarket in the basement of the next building.
