At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

Słoneczny Zakątek is a resort, located in the village of Strzeżewo, close to Łukęcin. It consists of 5 comfortable cottages, a playground, a barbecue and a large swimming pool with heated water and a Russian bath. The cottages are located less than 4300 meters from the sea, to which a safe path leads. Our cottages are of high standard, comfortable and luxurious, very aesthetic. We provide all guests with parking spaces in the resort. The entire resort is fenced.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers a lot of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the Imperial period. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly decorated. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

For barbecue evenings you can use the spacious terrace. Wi-Fi is available everywhere.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

This cosy loft apartment with a combined living and sleeping area is located on the ground floor, measures 49 square metres and can accommodate two people. The bay window leads onto the apartment's terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The double bed measures 160x200 cm.
