Apartment holiday rentals in Kos

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Michael was a great host, he was very thoughtful, friendly and a really responsive communicator. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely decor and everything was very clean and tidy. It is really close to the centre of everything so it’s an ideal location. We were pleasantly surprised to have little gifts of fruit, biscuits and wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Thank you for being such a hospitable host!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. We had a lovely time on Kos. The apartment was ideal for us as a small group. We had plenty of room and it was as described in the pictures. There was nothing missing! The location of the apartment is ideal as you can walk to many things in the center. Even a later check-out was not an issue. Thank you for the wonderful time! We will be happy to come back!

The appartment is located in a special place, near the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed everything. The rooms were comfortable an equipped with all what we need. We definitely recommend it. Hasan gave us many tips and advices to enjoy our stay on Kos. Thanks Hasan, you are an excelent host.

We really loved our stay at Irene’s place, it was clean and tidy. Just the perfect size for two people :) walkable to get to all the tourist places and right in the heart of the kos old town <3 We loved Kos and would highly recommend this airbnb to those coming to Kos

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

We had a great week in Antimachia. The apartment is centrally located from Kos: you can be at the airport in 2 minutes, in Mastichari in 5 minutes, in Kos, 10 minutes in Kardamena. Nothing can be heard from the airport as the planes do not fly over the village. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: 1x double bed and 2x single beds. That would be my suggestion for improvement: you don't see the 2nd bedroom in the photos in the listing 😉 There is a welcome package with various foods and drinks. It is advisable to go to the apartment first and go shopping afterwards, if you even need something 😉 Panagiotis is always on hand and helps, gives information on where he can. His wife is also very warm and takes care of the apartments. We were even able to check in earlier which was awesome for us. Will definitely be back 😊

Great and comfortable place with amazing views. You definitely need a car as it is at a distant and high point, but you have the whole sea on your balcony. Kate and Mr. Andreas are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something, the answer was immediate. The main thing is not pet friendly, which people who have pets are looking for! I would definitely recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again!

The property is located in a site and is a little higher. There is a great view and has a communal pool. We were very satisfied, the place is small but nice. We would book the accommodation again at any time. In the accommodation there was everything you need, hair dryer, washing machine towels, etc.

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I definitely recommend staying in this apartment. A wonderful territory with a swimming pool and closed parking. Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Bodrum. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check out and letting us hang by the pool all day. The pool is incredible, we loved spending time there. The breakfast was also really nice. We cannot wait to come back
