Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kotka

We had a wonderful holiday season at Larissa's island vacation home. Our 3 families felt right at home in this large, very personal house in the southern archipelago of Finland, from the shot and yet quite close to Kotka and Helsinki. From the airport it is only an hour to the jetty and from there you will soon be on the island. The cottage is wonderfully located on the southern tip of the island. There is plenty of space to linger inside (4 separate bedrooms are really exceptional) and outside, sun and wind all day. This is how the weeks are (too) fast. The kitchen is very well equipped. Even with a large chalkboard, everything is not a test, again both indoors and outdoors. The new sauna gets warm quickly. It offers a beautiful view to the sea. Larissa is a great host and so we had very nice days. I fully recommend Villa Vonkka, assuming some experience in island life.

Tidy apartment in a quiet condominium. 5th floor with beautiful views. Beautiful nature around. The car was well parked on the adjacent street. Good beds. Very friendly welcome. Guests got the feeling that the host couple is doing everything they can to keep guests comfortable.

A comfortable, clean, and peaceful place by the beautiful Kymijoki River. Everything matched the listing, the hosts communicated well, and the price-quality ratio was great.

Mikko & Pekka's cottage is an extremely peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The views of the river & surrounding forest offer a heavenly living environment while being close to all amenities. We loved the sauna and veranda. I hope we will have the opportunity to come back in the winter!

Peaceful stay. Perhaps it looked a bit more remote in the pictures than it actually is, since there was a small road right behind the cottage. Otherwise, everything was as promised.

We stayed over Eastern in this little gem. We enjoyed every bit of it. The house has a fantastic view on the small archipelago, and despite other houses around 100% privacy. The "only" negative aspect is, that the mirror windows making the inner of the house darker than it is outside, which is fine, when you spent most of the time outside, but if its raining outside, it feels like evening. But that was the only minor aspect. Everythign else was fantatstic.

My husband thought it was so lovely and homey at Sirpa's place that could always live there! Definitely worth the price! For once, a cozy Airbnb apartment with no miraculous Airbnb tunes, it was just a normal and beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect for us and the little dog, also calm and good jogging terrain. Sirpa was a flexible and friendly host.

Well-equipped, clean and atmospheric apartment. It might be a good time to stay longer. In the summer, I'm sure it's also nice for a family with kids, with outdoor and swimming opportunities.

Wonderful place to stay. Worth the money. View is incredible. Very clean and spotless apartment. Quiet area. Walking distance to main buildings and attractions in Kotka.
