*Charming studio with a great location*

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Next to the Fuchsia Park, which is colored by azaleas in the spring, through which you will end up at the Arto Tolsa Arena or the indoor swimming pool. Katariina's Sea Park, Sapokka, Pionipuisto, Haukkavuori lookout tower, beach and market square are all within a reasonable walking distance. The kitchen is small but equipped to make cooking easy. The property has a double bed and a sofa bed with a sleeping width of 120 cm.
