The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

A quiet studio within walking distance of all the most comfortable places in Kotkansaari. Next to the Fuchsia Park, which is colored by azaleas in the spring, through which you will end up at the Arto Tolsa Arena or the indoor swimming pool. Katariina's Sea Park, Sapokka, Pionipuisto, Haukkavuori lookout tower, beach and market square are all within a reasonable walking distance. The kitchen is small but equipped to make cooking easy. The property has a double bed and a sofa bed with a sleeping width of 120 cm.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and well-equipped to make you feel at home. You can enjoy the sea and nature, for example, while sitting on the dock or relaxing in the sauna.
