On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

The building, which was completely renovated in 2020, is in an outdoor location and offers you a mile-long view of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt on the large south terrace. End the day with a view of a unique sunset. Explore the area on extended bike tours or cool off in the natural swimming area 350 meters away. The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

The house is located on a property where the garden is shared with the landlords. The house has its own covered terrace, where you can barbecue. (Grill available) On the ground floor there is a new, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, the living/dining room and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with single beds, a bedroom with double bed and balcony facing south and the bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

The nearly 500 m² property offers an unobstructed view of the sheep meadows opposite and of fantastic sunsets. The single-story vacation home "Sanderling" can accommodate up to 4 people and has a living area of 65 m² plus an outdoor terrace and garden.
