Anyone wanting to stay at Goose Valley should look at James's (Ronnie's) place. Great location and wonderfully appointed unit. One of the best.

Best place I have stayed in awhile. So conveniently situated. Beat hosts ever, lots of love and thought put into our stay. Felt right at home. Will definitely come back for another stay.

A three weeks stay at Aquila View was most enjoyable because of the combination of a 6 star location and a 4 star apartment with an all star cohost Sylvia! Stunning helicopter views on Bikini Beach in front of the living room and the fishermen’s rocks in front of the bedroom with a terras of +200 meters all around the three sides of the apartment! The Apartment is spacious, cosy and fully equipped, although somewhat outdated except for the modern bathroom. So, do not expect modern design furniture but 80th style homecoming with even a library! In spite of the mild climate this penthouse on top of the property catches a lot of heat on sunny days! Airconditioning, at least in the bedroom, would be very welcome. Sylvia, who lives downstairs has been most accommodating to our questions and wishes, always coming up with solutions. She even organised light-tight, dubble curtains in the bedroom after our query a year ago when booking. Also less surf noise! Take it or, don’t leave it!

We had a great holiday in this place. Nice view, close to the beach. Good location at Platterbeng bay. Very responsive and helpful host, who recommended several good restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay. Shirley was so welcoming and friendly. Such a tranquil setting with a beautiful view and the soothing sound of the ocean. It was food for the soul!

This is a great place to spend the holidays, close to the beach and walking distance to the market and shops in Plett. Steffen, our host, was very kind and helpful. I will recommend this stay to my friends and will definitely return for future vacations.

Amazing place with direct access to the river. There's also a mooring spot for the boat right in front of the house. Beatiful views and very peaceful surroundings. Great place to stay with family and kids

Our first trip to Plett, and we were blown away by the sheer natural beauty of the place. Our visitors from England were equally impressed. The house was nothing short of comfortable and homely. The kids had a blast playing indoors only while the weather was overcast and windy, fortunately on one day only. Eunice the housekeeper was most pleasant and easy to converse with. While there, we visited Knysna and George as well. Will definitely be back at Villa Rossa for a longer stay the next time.

We had a blast at Carens place walking distance from the lagoon, close to town. Great restaurants. Beautiful house with everything you need to have a good time.

If you're looking for a place in Plett for a family holiday with young kids (ours are 9 & 6) then this is a superb house. Nice safe and peaceful complex, communal areas are clean, the pools are great, and the house has everything you need. BUT please note the 3rd outside bedroom is actually tiny. It's a double bed, right up against the wall. My parents (Granny and Granddad) also joined us and no way they could use that as a bedroom. They can't climb over each other to get out of bed! So they moved into the 2nd bedroom and our kids slept on mattresses on the floor for 10 nights. The outside room is perfect for 1 teenager/adult. The house is well equipped, and lots to do on rainy days. It definitely needs some TLC and in need of a modernization but overall a good family holiday house in Plett.

This is a stunning AirBnb Fab location- private and special. Great spot to explore the Garden route from. Easy access to Plett and N2 —but also very private The house is fabulous! ! Very personal - so much space to relax/ entertain Ilse is very helpful with recommendations… We loved our few days here - Dolphins / Swimming/ dinner at Enricos/ walking at Robberg .. Great place - no reservations! Thanks for a great stay

Location location location! The home is perched on the river's edge making it a fabulous spot for those interested in fishing, or who simply like open spaces and good views. The estate has a lovely feel and the pool and tennis courts are a great bonus. The property is well equipped and the deck and braai area is massive. This was a perfect getaway for two families, and communication all very easy throughout. Big thanks :-)

Family friendly, easy barefoot walk to the beach, very quiet, great escape. Many good restaurants in a 10 minute drive. Some exciting activities to do with the children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the location is perfect. The spot is really so quiet and the garden perfect for the kids. Very comfortable and felt like a home away from home.
