Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Köyceğiz

Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

We instantly felt welcomed and at home. Zeynep and her partner Burak were exceptional hosts, very helpful and eager to please. They were always on hand to help whenever the need arose. The cute house is beautifully decorated with top quality furnishings. There is a huge garden which is delightful with evening lights and the most wonderfully scented roses I've ever come across. We took an evening stroll around the area and came across some cute farm animals. In the morning you can watch the sun rise whilst listening to birdsong. We appreciated this unique opportunity to live amongst the orange groves and would definitely stay again.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Emine and her family. They've built a house in a truly spectacular place. Everywhere you turn your head, you get a different view. If you want to have a peaceful holiday, let me not meet anyone while I'm on vacation, no noise, this will be the right house. I can say that the kitchen utensils in the house were quite sufficient, whether they were towels or even too much. We also did not have any problems with transportation, the roads are asphalt 20 minutes away from Göce by car. I would also like to thank Ms. Emine again for her thoughtful gift.

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

The Villa was great, super cute and pretty, felt very Turkish. The whole villa was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool is lovely, especially in such hot weather. We were very happy that every bedroom had AC, a must have in summer. Host communication was excellent. They met us on arrival and when the wifi was not working initially they fixed it immediately that same day and it was perfect for the rest of the week. We would recommend this villa to others coming to Dalyan!

We stayed in the house with a group of friends and was a great stay. Murat was pretty helpful during our stay. Would love to be back.

Property is new and clean. Each room has air conditioner. 5-10 min walk from the shops, bars restaurants and pier. Two Wi-Fi networks (one pw one without pw). Peaceful and quiet place. Very helpful property manager (called Ozgur). Large swimming pool which was checked regularly in the morning. GF bedroom ideal for people with mobility issue (like my mother). I highly recommend the place.

We had a really great stay and I would 100% go back there. Our hosts were really generous and the house, gardens & pool were perfect.

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jumali house - it’s a really charming, spacious and homely base for exploring Dalyan and beyond. Don’t be put off by the upside down layout - it works really well so you have great views of the ancient tombs and countywide from the balcony and there’s a side staircase to take your al fresco dining to the lovely garden. The pool is relatively spacious for a villa this size and we enjoyed a few dips (even if it was a tad chilly while we were there in April). We also really appreciated the games for the kids - ping pong, card games and making boats for the pool. Bedrooms are all en-suite so great for groups of friends and families. It’s also just 5 mins to the bars, cafes, restaurants and boat rides in beautiful Dalyan. Highly recommend!
