In our villa, which is 50m to river, 5 minutes away from the centre of Dalyan, you will meet palm trees and mountain views in the 500 m2 garden and pool that is entirely yours. Our villa has 30 m2 pool and sunbathing areas in our garden. With our unique architecture, we can provide both personal and common areas where you can spend time with pleasure.

For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.
