The sun-drenched apartment is two blocks from the harbor & Oceaneum to the east and, city hall/old market square to the west. This maisonette apartment is in the middle of the old town of Stralsund.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The small guest flat on the ground floor of our detached house is in a prime location in Stralsund with a view of the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct access to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The flat is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the wall bed, which can be folded up during the day. A cot is provided on request.

After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our apartment is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.

Important information!: Renovation work will be taking place on the terrace during August, which is why it will temporarily be unavailable for use. The interior of the holiday apartment is not affected! There may be noise emissions during the renovation work between 7:30/8:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon. The rental price has been reduced by 25% for this period!

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
