Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The apartment in the converted basement of the single-family house is about 20 m ² and has: - Separate entrance entrance with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed - Small bathroom with shower, WC, sink. The nearby Nordstrand, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboard, swimming,diving) and walks.

It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people (baby bed available). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, infrared cabin, underfloor heating, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings and large windows create a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or adjust their light temperature as desired. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
