The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic holiday home 'Landlust', with its idyllic, large garden, 100 metres from the bathing area. Boathouse with its own jetty. Canoes, kayaks and a sailing dinghy (sailing experience required) can be hired. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

A fireplace also provides cozy warmth, and a large garden with terrace invites you to barbecue + chill.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.
