The location in the Alaun Valley, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with its seclusion and the garden for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and it is poor in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful bike routes (bike storage available).

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. The small apartment is located right next to the Danube directly on Schürerplatz. Wineries, restaurants and shopping are all nearby. And for mountain bikers and hikers, it is an experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... If you need a bike, you are welcome to use the blue and gray folding bike in the back of the basement at your own risk. See photo.
