Our modern apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via an external staircase (4 beds + 1 child). On 35m² with a high ceiling, electric blinds, free WiFi and a parking space in the underground car park. There is a spacious terrace and a modern bathroom with shower. There is a modern living-dining area with a great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. The proximity to Germany, Lake Constance and the mountains rounds off the stay in our apartment. Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Welcome directly to the lake. In our beautiful apartment, a vacation awaits you from the start. The apartment is very bright and friendly. You can reach the center of Konstanz in 15-20 minutes on foot along the lake shore. Free bus use, bus stop in 5-8 min. A linen towel fee/stay of €10 will be charged per guest 3 and 4. The Constance climate protection tax of 5.6% is added to the rental price. The apartment has a minimum rental period of 7 days.

There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
