The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. Living on the second longest river in Europe brings a lot of experiences and unforgettable views of the spectrum of animals. Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

Vienna-Hights-Studio with Stunning Views of Vienna

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!
