Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
