The house is about 50 m2 with a veranda of about 60 m2 around. Parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Hønsehus Nedre Snartemo Farm

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history. Small idyllicly located cottage

Cabin of about 14m2 in Haugenes in Bjelland. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Bath/shower can be used in the outhouse on the farm about 200 meters from the cabin. Bunk bed with room for 2 people, as well as a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. The cabin is idyllically located by Manflåvann which is part of the salmon-bearing stretch in Mandalselva. Canoe and kayak for children can be used freely by guests at the cabin.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
