Located on the 4th floor, no elevator. The kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed (150 cm). Second bedroom has single bed (90cm). Beds are ready made upon arrival.

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is centrally located in Posebyen with walking distance to the city's best amenities, as well as great hiking terrain in Baneheia with light slope and bathing water. Short distance to the city beach, and a small bike ride to UiA. Only 30 meters to the nearest grocery store.

Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
