It takes 4-5 minutes to walk to Bystranda and Aquarama and 10-15 minutes to the city center and bus to Dyreparken. Rented to tidy and responsible guests.

Cozy newly renovated loft apartment with two bedrooms in the center of Kristiansand. It is a 5 min. walk from the train & bus station. Consists of living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Located on the 4th floor, no elevator. The kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. The largest bedroom has a double bed (150 cm). The second bedroom has a single bed (90cm). The beds are ready upon arrival.
