Large, new single-family home with room for two families. Swimming area and playground nearby. Very central, 10 minutes to the center, Kristiansand center and Dyreparken. Peaceful and child-friendly area. Sleeps 9, but mattresses can be brought. There are also 3 simple air mattresses that you can borrow. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and several terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Sunny terraces. Electric car chargers are available for guests. Use of the charger costs NOK 100 per 24-hour period and is agreed upon when booking or upon arrival

And 25 minutes drive from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret.

Here you live in a peaceful neighborhood in Søm. 12 min by car to the Zoo and 10 min to the city center. Access to electric car charger. Private outdoor area with hot tub. Kiwi, pharmacy and beach are within walking distance. Rain? No problem! 3 x Apple TV, PS5, PS4, beads, lots of toys and games solve it. Water spreader, small children's pool and trampoline ready for use on hot days. 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Possibility to set up 2 extra beds on 1 floor. The kitchen has all the amenities. New toilet with heating cables, massage shower and washing machine. 150 meters to grocery store. The cats Nani and Pele are brothers and love to cuddle.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.
