Welcome to our newly renovated, family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful life close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the farm, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are usually enjoyed by both children and adults. In the summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests teeming with berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen is provided, or it can be hired for SEK 60 per set.

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. To live a somewhat simple life for a while, without having to do without any modern conveniences. To let go of everyday worries, put your mobile phone aside and allow yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, make coffee and cook over an open fire.
