The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

We live in the main house and are available if you have any questions. Guests will have access to the cottage and barbecue area in the garden. Parking, WiFi, A/C and cleaning included. Bed linens & towels can be rented for SEK 50/person Travel bed for children & high chair can be borrowed. Good to know: The main property where the host family lives has a doorbell with a camera.

The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

Guest house at the Hälsingegård Jon-Anunds

3 km south of Järvsö is our greeting farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guest house with a fantastic view of the Ljusnan valley. On the farm, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping-pong. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area that is fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you get the feeling. If there are more of you, there is also Gammelgården with 8 beds for rent.

Our little cottage is located on Särnaheden between Idre and Särna. There is something for everyone in the surrounding area as it is a 25-minute drive to Idre Fjäll and Fjätervålen for skiing in winter and cycling in summer. Comfortable distances to Grövelsjön and Nipfjället for fishing, hiking and fantastic nature. Gördalen for snow and snowmobile experiences, Fulufjället for hiking, nature and fishing. The cottage is therefore in an excellent location if you want to explore nature. Cleaning is done by the guest.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Från lägenheten är det nära till sjön och skogen med fina promenadstigar. Du tar dig centrala Östersund bäst med bil, det ca 10 minuter.

Mysigt boende i en gammal flottarstuga som ligger på en ö i Måsjöforsen. Somna gott till bruset av forsen som helt omringar ön. Hängbro till fastland. Ett rum och kök. Kombinerat allrum och sovrum, 2 våningssängar samt en extra säng i köket. På ön finns endast utedass. Trädgårdsmöbler och grill utanför stugan. Uthyrning vår, sommar och höst.
