Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Vacation home "Ostseegreif" We rent the modern equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and max. 6 sleeping options in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

Obergeschoss verfügt auf 51 qm über ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Balkone, Bad und einen Garten, der die Gäste zum Spielen oder auch Entspannen einlädt. PKW-Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück sowie den angrenzenden Straßen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Our modern, large & bright apartment in Kühlungsborn offers plenty of space for 4 - 6 people. 1 living room with a large terrace, 1 kitchen that offers plenty of space for cooking with friends, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower & bathtub, 1 guest / WC. Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Our apartment is freshly finished in 2019 and furnished in the "Nordic Shabby Look".

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
