A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Einschlafen unter Sternen, morgens Nebel über den Wiesen und abends Wärme aus Sauna und Holzofen. Unsere Jurte ist ein stiller Rückzugsort für alle, die für ein paar Tage langsamer leben möchten. Umgeben von weiten Feldern, einem kleinen Biotop und klaren Badeseen hört man hier vor allem die Rufe der Kraniche, das Zwitschern der Vögel und manchmal einfach nur Stille. Nach einem Tag draußen wartet die Sauna, Lagerfeuer und ein gemütliches Bett direkt unter der Sternenkuppel der Jurte.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Children of all ages are considered a person. We can currently only offer check-in on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays.
