House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away

A modern dining area is presented with a wooden table set for six, featuring elegant dishware and glassware. Large glass doors provide a view of the outdoor garden and olive groves, allowing natural light to fill the space.
