The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42 m² & a magnificent balcony across the entire width, is located on the promenade with many shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located to the rear. Three floor-to-ceiling French doors lead to the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Parking is available on our property. There is also a small terrace in the garden. It is only 10 minutes to the beach, the marina and the city. There is also very good shopping nearby. To get to the surrounding area there is a good connection to bus and train/Molly.
