Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Apartment for 2 persons on the 2nd floor in a wonderful apartment house in the old bathroom style. The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42 m² & a magnificent balcony over the entire width is located on the promenade with many shopping, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located at the back. Three floor-to-ceiling window doors lead out onto the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, partly sea view, incl. large south-west balcony, underfloor heating, private sauna, WiFi, private beach access, etc. The apartment lighthouse of Riviera Kühlungsborn is about 81 m2 and has two separate bedrooms. From some rooms you can see the sea. A free, private sauna is integrated in the bathroom. Beach is a few meters away via private beach access.
