Holiday rentals with a patio in Kulmbach

As with my first stay, everything was great again

We felt very comfortable, it was so cozy and we were really happy to be received so wonderfully. The apartment is very lovingly furnished, almost arriving and living... And we would be happy to be with you again if we had the opportunity to stay with you again!

Perfect apartment that left nothing to be desired and very friendly contact. It was a little difficult to leave right away.

We had booked both apartments to walk the 5 Seidla Steig. Christine was there herself for a short time and was able to give us tips. Very pleasant and easy going👍🏼. The apartment probably newly renovated, bright, clean and nicely furnished. You could move in right away. Top kitchen and amenities. Great view and large balcony. Even with climbing wall that we also tested. The price is unbeatable compared to surrounding pensions. This was also one of the few ways to accommodate our friend group with 10 people together in the area. Now even 12 people are leaving. We were all able to have breakfast together, as there are large tables, enough space and also enough dishes. It was just great and everyone enjoyed it. If we go hiking there again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much Christine

We stayed 1 night with Simone in transit from Austria. What a fantastic experience! The reception with homemade cookies, fresh eggs from the chickens, the cozy spacious apartment, the lovely garden and the beautiful surroundings 10/10! What a sweet hostess, partly because of you, it has become a top stay. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting in the garden. We stayed there with a dog and a child. When you walk down from the yard, you'll be in the woods in no time. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were lovely and the sofa bed is of the better quality. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. We were sorry we couldn't stay more nights. It felt like we were staying with this hostess. We can recommend it to anybody.

Mathias is a very friendly host. There were good tips for walking and gastronomy. The apartment is quietly located, very well equipped and you have plenty of space in the apartment. Since the apartment is on the edge of the forest, it is really fun to sit on the terrace and hear the birds chirping. We will be back, it was a super nice few days.

We stayed in this great apartment for a month, but time flew by too fast! Stefan was very responsive, we also met his father and sister! This is a wonderful, helpful family When we come to Germany next year, we really want to come back to this place! The apartment is in a quiet place, 10 minutes to the nearest town called Coburg and another supermarket is near the house, within walking distance

It's a very nice and cozy place to stay. The building has 3 floors, which gives you the opportunity to rest peacefully in the room, while roommates feel like playing downstairs. I recommend!

For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's cottage was perfect. There was everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far away, Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was a visit to Lucia's nearby farm with just born adorable little calves.

I loved the place and exactly what was promised was fulfilled. I needed a break from the noisy everyday life and had therefore explicitly searched for quiet accommodations and landed an absolute hit with this house. Everything was quiet and clean and I had a fantastic time!

We felt very comfortable in Martina's idyllic vacation home. It's even more beautiful than in the photos. From there we took many walks in the surrounding nature reserve, which is home to many bird species. It's worth bringing binoculars. We had a great time and would be happy to come back!

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We were with friends at Uta and her husband's and were thrilled! Both are very friendly and helpful. The apartment offers enough space for four people, is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. Our highlight was the continuous fire stove!

Beautiful bright apartment, easily accessible from the train station by 5 min bus ride and 10 min walk. We were allowed to check in earlier, which gave us half a day more vacation - great. A bakery and a supermarket were close to the property and on the holiday we found a farm vending machine for shopping. The equipment of the apartment was very good and modern (induction stove etc). And a fun little sweeping robot swept the apartment every day. The highlight is the protected terrace, after a day out. The apartment is located on a low-traffic railway line, which did not bother us. Thank you for the lovely stay.

A quiet apartment with a great view to the south - not without reason advertised as a sun terrace. Far away from the urban light pollution, you can also observe a beautiful starry sky here. The apartment has underfloor heating, which I find very comfortable. The apartment offers everything you need and the contact with Sonja was very pleasant. Glad to come back!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

We liked Tanja's apartment very much, we felt right at home. The kitchen equipment is great, we found everything super clean, the sauna was a big gift in the cold season, for music lovers the well tuned piano is also great. We were very happy about it. We would come back anytime we are in the area again.

Very cozy flat, you feel comfortable from the beginning. Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Daniel lives with his wife above the apartment, so always approachable,you still enjoy your privacy. Bikes could be parked in his garage. Our kids loved the house chickens. Definitely our apartment for the next family visit in Hof.

Everything very good. Communication and accessibility of the host was great. Apartment corresponded to the description and there was nothing to fault. Appliances and organization (check-in process - check-out, garbage, heater, etc. ) were explained accurately and understandably. Highly recommended.

We were at the property over New Year's Eve and had a very good time. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The landlords were quickly accessible (with us, the hotplate had briefly spun around and could then be quickly repaired thanks to switching on and off with the help of the landlord) and very helpful. In general, the apartment was surprisingly very nicely spacious and large for 8 people. The only drawback we could note would be that in the general display Memmelsdorf is included, which has a better connection but the apartment is still a little outside and since the connection is a bit worse. Maybe you could include that in the ad as a note. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a lovely stay. Thank you very much
