The building has stairs and no lift. We can offer cost-effective solutions for special occasions, marriage proposals and birthday celebrations, subject to an additional charge. The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

Deveci Konağı is a spacious and comfortable three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air-conditioning units, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a cot for families with children.
