The road to the top of the island is narrow in places, so you need to be careful if you are driving a large car. However, the scenery and atmosphere were wonderful, so it was worth it.

5 stars – an unforgettable stay! This place was absolutely perfect, and our host truly went above and beyond. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on—the house smelled amazing, music was playing, and it felt so warm and welcoming. The home looked exactly like the photos, if not better, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire stay. They helped us organise a hire car, let us borrow towels for an outing, and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making everything so smooth and stress-free. If you’re considering where to stay—look no further. This is the place. I absolutely loved it, and the host made it an experience I’ll never forget.

I stayed with my grandparents and my 3-year-old son.There were also toys and picture books for children to play in the warm cabin. My son was before he became his brother, and it was the last trip to have it all to himself.I was very happy to have a relaxing time during my stay.Thank you again for the lovely breakfast!

Great base for exploring Okinawa if you have a car. Very friendly reception from the hosts. Close to restaurants, Lawsons (10 minute walk), and an easy drive to the various nice beaches on the Onna coast. The garden is very pleasant and our kids enjoyed playing in it.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Even though we didn't have a car at the beginning of our trip, it was not a problem at all. Miibaru Beach was just a short walk away, and grocery stores and other essentials were also within easy walking distance. It was exactly what we needed — a perfect place for rest and relaxation. :) Later, when a friend joined us and we explored the island by car, everything was still easily accessible. We all highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Jun, for your great communication and warm hospitality. We hope to meet again one day!

We stayed here 3 nights. Should’ve made it 14. The setting of their home is incredible and the welcoming nature of Kirsten and Shiro’s farm is beautiful, they take so much care to make sure you’re well equipped to have a good time. If you’re planning a holiday to Okinawa I recommend this side of the island and this place in particular to get a true feel of the life of this great island.

The place was really pretty, clean, and neat! And most of all, the two host couples are very welcoming and really kind. If you have a barbecue🤗 at night and chat while watching the stars, it's a paradise on earth. The best!! And the cats in the accommodation are so cute and follow people well.💓 And I told them because it was my mom's birthday, and they made me a bouquet of flowers. I was so touched... This is an accommodation I definitely want to visit again the next time I go to Okinawa.🌸

Bear and his wife are the loveliest people. They make you feel so welcome, from the moment you step into their home they make you feel like family. They will go out of their way to help you and make sure your stay is as good as it can be. They are incredibly friendly and super happy. The house is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle but still has everything well within walking distance. I am sad to be leaving them but I will be sure to be back here. Cannot recommend it enough, 10/10

最高なお2人と出会えたことに感謝です！もともとは一泊の予定でしたが、ベアーさんアヤさんそしてゲストさんと過ごした時間が楽しすぎて、数日後またお部屋にステイさせていただきました。ホスピタリティ最強！本当にお2人の作ったこのスペースそして自分たちを家族のように接してくれるフレンドリーさ、そんなお2人が大好きになっちゃいました♡ ステキな出会いに心の底から感謝しています。ありがとうございました！ The best host ever! My plan was to stay for a night but end up with staying for 4nights instead.why? Because their hospitality is just next level that I wanted to spend more time with them. Their knowledge of Okinawa island is so outstanding. They will offer to take you to such a beautiful place and amazing restaurants.( you can sign up for tours) So thankful that I got to meet and spend time with bear, Aya and other guests:) Highly recommend!! Just an amazing stay. The place is in the middle of paradise and Taiga will make sure you feel like family right away. The accommodations combine a convivial hostel feel with more private appartements. So much to do and taste all around the region, including half a dozen really good restaurants and bento places within a 20 minute walk. Taiga will also let you use a bicycle and you can get right to your favourite beach or hiking trail.
