The garden area is at the disposal of the tenants of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and additional storage room in the basement. Our AWP apartment boasts a beautiful, bright, and open 120 square meter living space. It features a stunning, luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and an extra-large ceramic bathtub. You can comfortably relax in the tub and enjoy the 55-inch TV. The loft also has two additional TVs. The open-plan living and sleeping area is fully furnished (65-inch and 43-inch TVs). A superbly equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

All shops and lots of good pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. You won't be able to cook great menus here, but you won't lack anything else.
