It is only a few minutes' walk to the edge of the forest and to the starting point of "Hikeable Germany", and the adventure playground for the little ones is only 100m away.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
