Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. Enjoy Zurich stylishly and stay in a 100-year-old villa on the Zurich Gold Coast. The newly renovated studio is on the garden floor and has its own entrance and privacy. A beautiful seating area in the garden invites you to linger in the sun. The property is at the center of Küsnacht, a 7-minute walk from the train station, where a train goes to Zurich every 10 minutes. Bellevue is only a 10-minute train ride. To the park by the lake it is a 10min walk.
