This small studio is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. The studio is located 5 minutes from the city beach, 2 minutes from the pedestrian street and 10 minutes from the ferry. In the studio, you will find a sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sleeping alcove with space for two. Freshly washed bed linen and towels will be provided for you. We have also updated the apartment with new furniture this year! There are good bus connections on the neighbouring street, with a direct bus to both Sørlandssenteret and the zoo.

This newly renovated apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking. Just a few steps from Bystranda, Aquarama water park, shops, cafés and the town centre. Short drive to Dyreparken. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and sun from morning to evening. The flat has a lift from the car park up to the flat on the 5th floor. Construction work in the area. Palmesus will be held at Bystranda from 25 to 27 June 2026, with associated set-up and dismantling work before and after the event.

The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. The largest bedroom has a double bed (150 cm). The second bedroom has a single bed (90cm).
